As youngsters, we absolutely loved the prime location of Penzion Exclusive. It was right in the heart of the town, making it super convenient for us to explore the nearby attractions and the charming old town area. the receptionist and cafe manager were amazing - they were fluent in English and incredibly helpful with all our inquiries. the room and bathroom were spacious, not brand new but in fair condition for the price we paid. the breakfast options were reasonably good, and we were delighted to find a chef who was more than happy to cook us hot food. One highlight was the fantastic Synagogue restaurant nearby, with great food and a waiter who provided excellent service. And let's not forget the breathtaking view of the castle right from our bed - what a memorable sight!

During my Easter weekend stay, I appreciated the nicely decorated rooms with comfortable beds and spacious bathroom. The location was great, just a stone’s throw away from the main attractions of the city. The breakfast spread was decent and helped me fuel up for the day ahead.

The lack of proper housekeeping really put a dampener on my stay. The rooms were not cleaned properly, with dust bunnies and hairs under the bed and in the corners.

The hotel should improve on the insulation, as some noise from other rooms could be heard.
